- 1/2 c. uncooked rice
- 1 c. water
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 4 c. milk
- 3 beaten eggs
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- dash of nutmeg
- raisins
- 1 Tbsp. butter
Directions

1Cook rice, water and salt over medium heat until the water is dissolved.

2Remove from heat.

3Add milk, eggs and sugar.

4Add vanilla, nutmeg, raisins and butter.

5Mix well.

6Put into a pan greased with butter.

7Set pan in another pan half full of water. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
