Ingredients
- 1 beaten egg
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. corn bread stuffing mix
- 1/4 c. finely chopped celery
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 3/4 lb. ground cooked ham
- 1/2 lb. ground pork
- 1 c. maple flavored syrup
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 2 tsp. dry mustard
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp. water
Directions

1Combine egg and milk; stir in stuffing mix, celery, dry mustard and dash of pepper.

2Let stand 3 minutes.

3Add ground ham and pork.

4Mix well.

5Shape into 1-inch meatballs.

6Bake in shallow pan, 15 to 18 minutes.

7Place on cookie sheet and freeze. When frozen, place in moisture proof and vapor proof containers. Seal and freeze.

8Serve in sauce.
