Maple Toast Egg Bake

- 4 bread, slices (day old)
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
- 4 eggs
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2Spray a muffin pan with a non-stick spray.

3Cut the crusts off the bread.

4Mix the butter and maple syrup together and brush both sides of the bread with the mixture.

5Place the bread in the muffin pan to form cups.

6Crack open the eggs and drop one egg into each cup.

7Bake until egg is cooked to your liking (12 to 14 minutes for soft yolks).

8NOTE: EGGS WILL BE MORE COOKED ON THE BOTTOM.
