- 3 slices bacon, chopped
- 2 (16 oz.) cans pork and beans
- 2 Tbsp. catsup
- 1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. Log Cabin syrup
- 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
Directions

1Mix bacon and onion in a 1 1/2-quart microwave casserole. Cover loosely with wax paper.

2Microwave on High 5 minutes. Drain.

3Stir in beans, syrup, catsup, mustard and pepper sauce. Cover loosely with wax paper.

4Microwave 10 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking time.
