  • 2 small or 1 large Onion (chopped)
  • 3 stalks of Celery (same volume as onion) (chopped)
  • 5 (6-ounce) cans of Crabmeat (drained)
  • 2 (6.5-ounce) cans of Chopped Clams (drained)
  • 1 handful grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
  • 1/2-teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2-teaspoon salt
  • Additional parsley for garnish
  • Lemon wedges for accompaniment
