Ingredients

  • 2 cups vanilla wafer crumbs, about 60 wafers
  • 1/3 cup Hershy's Cocoa
  • 1/2 cup 10x sugar
  • 1/2 cup melted oleo
  • 3 8 oz. packages softened cream cheese
  • 14 oz. can Eagle Brand Milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 squares Hershy's unsweetened baking chocolate, melted

Directions

    Preheat oven to 300°.

    Combine crumbs, cocoa,sugar and oleo. Press firmly into bottom of 9x13 baking pan.

    In a large mixing bowl, beat cheese until fluffy.

    Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth.

    Add eggs and vanilla.

    Mix well. Pour half the batter evenly over the crust.

    Stir in melted chocolate into remaining batter.

    Spoon over vanilla batter.

    With table knife, swirl through batter to make marble effect.
