- 2 cans coconut milk (frozen)
- cornstarch
- salt
- sugar
- water
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3 Tbsp. cocoa or chocolate syrup
Directions

1Cook haupia as directed on the back of the coconut milk can (uses cornstarch, salt, sugar and water).

2Add vanilla after haupia is cooked.

3Take out 1 cup of cooked haupia and stir chocolate into it (more for extra dark chocolate).

4Pour remaining haupia in a pan.

5Drizzle chocolate mixture over poured pan of white haupia.

6Pull a knife zigzag through the haupia to marbleize the chocolate.

7Refrigerate to set.
