Ingredients
- 6 medium onions, chopped
- 2 green peppers, diced
- 1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
- 6 Tbsp. oleo
- 1 small can pimentos, chopped
- 2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans tomato soup
- 1/2 pt. coffee cream
- 2 red sweet peppers, cut in strips (if in season)
- 1/2 c. chutney
- 2 cans tuna
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Melt oleo.

2Add onions, green and red peppers and mushrooms. Cook until onions are transparent.

3Mix tomato soup and cream, then stir into onion mixture.

4Bring to a boil; cook a couple of minutes.

5Drain tuna; break into chunks and add.

6Add chutney last.

7Taste to correct seasonings.

8Serve over wild rice or fried noodles.
