- 1/2 c. oatmeal or bread crumbs
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. coriander powder
- 1 tsp. fresh grated ginger or 1/2 tsp. ground
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp. ground cloves
- 1/4 tsp. allspice
- 1/8 tsp. ground red chili pepper (optional)
- 2 tsp. tomato paste
- 2 Tbsp. oil for frying
- 2 onions, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. freshly grated ginger
- 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp. ground cloves
- 1/4 tsp. ground red pepper or to taste
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 medium tomato, seeded and chopped
- 1/2 c. water
Directions

1In a bowl, place ground meat, raw egg, bread crumbs, salt, spices and tomato paste.
