- 1 12 cups all-purpose flour
- 23 cup granulated sugar
- 12 cup yellow cornmeal or 12 cup white cornmeal
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 1 14 cups milk
- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 13 cup vegetable oil
- 3 tablespoons margarine (melted)
Directions

1DIRECTIONS: Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2Paper-line 18-20 muffin cups.

3Combine flour, sugar, cornmeal, baking powder in medium bowl.

4Combine milk, eggs, vegetable oil and butter in small bowl.

5(MIX WELL)!

6Add to flour mixture, stir just until blended.

7Pour into prepared muffin cups and fill 2/3 full.

8Bake for 18-20 minutes or until wooden toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.

9Cool in pan on wire racks for 5 minutes-remove to wire racks to cool slightly.

10SERVE WARM.

11FOR CORN BREAD.

12Pour batter into greased8 inch square baking pan.

13Bake for 35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
