  • 2 (16 oz.) containers sour cream
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. vanilla

    Beat cream cheese with electric mixer until smooth.

    Add 1 egg at a time.

    Add sugar and vanilla; fold in sour cream.

    Spray pan with cooking spray.

    Pour into 10-inch spring-form pan.

    Bake at 350° for about 1 hour and 15 minutes or until top is golden brown. Let cool.

    Refrigerate overnight.
