Ingredients

  • 1 (5 to 7 lb.) brisket
  • 1 (5 oz.) bottle soy sauce
  • 1 (10 oz.) can beef broth
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 Tbsp. liquid smoke
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped

Directions

    Combine all ingredients.

    Soak brisket in marinade for 24 hours.

    Bake in ungreased shallow pan, covered for 4 or 5 hours in 300° oven or until tender.

    Slice thinly and put back in marinade and bake 1 hour longer.
