Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup light or dark corn syrup (Can use brown sugar)
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 2 tbsp. prepared spicy mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced or pressed
  • 1 (12 oz.) can of beer

Directions

    Stir together all ingredients.

    Add meat, turn to coat well. Cover refrigerate several hours or overnight.

    Remove and grill, turning and basting with marinade.
