  • kosher salt
  • cracked black pepper
  • 3 cloves garlic sliced
  • apple cider vinegar splash
  • balsamic vinegar splash
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1 stem fresh rosemary stripped and chopped
  • 3 stems fresh thyme stripped and chopped
  • 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

    Mix remaining ingredients for marinade in a bowl

    Add tenderloin and coat well in marinade

    Cover and refrigerate 1 to 2 hours

    Preheat Gas Grill to 500 degrees

    Grill on BBQ until Meat thermometer reaches 150-155 degrees
