Marinated Beef Chunks

Ingredients

  • 1 (3 to 4 lb.) arm or rump roast
  • meat tenderizer
  • 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. ginger
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. m.s.g. (optional)
  • 2 Tbsp. water

Directions

    Sprinkle roast with meat tenderizer.

    Let stand for 1 hour. Cut roast into 2-inch chunks.

    Place in a large bowl.

    Add brown sugar, ginger, soy sauce, oil, garlic, pepper, m.s.g. and water. Mix well until meat is coated with marinade.

    Marinate in refrigerator for 3 hours to overnight.

    Grill beef chunks until done to taste.
