Marinated Beef Chunks

Ingredients
- 1 (3 to 4 lb.) arm or rump roast
- meat tenderizer
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. ginger
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. m.s.g. (optional)
- 2 Tbsp. water
Directions

1Sprinkle roast with meat tenderizer.

2Let stand for 1 hour. Cut roast into 2-inch chunks.

3Place in a large bowl.

4Add brown sugar, ginger, soy sauce, oil, garlic, pepper, m.s.g. and water. Mix well until meat is coated with marinade.

5Marinate in refrigerator for 3 hours to overnight.

6Grill beef chunks until done to taste.
