- Package of 8 uncooked all beef brats.
- 2 Bottles New Castle Ale or your favorite beer.
- 2 Large Videllia onion peeled and sliced thick.
- 8 Slices of Oscarmeyer Thick Cut Bacon.
- 8 Hot Dog Buns
- Frenches Yellow Mustard.
- 1 Gallon Sandwich bag.
Directions

1Use a fork and poke holes down the brats so the beer can get in. Place the brats and onion in the sandwich bag. Open the beer and pour the beer in the bag covering the Brat and onion. Marinate over night. Heat your grill over high heat. Toast the hot dog buns. Grill the bacon until crisp and crumble on a paper towel. Grill the onion and the brats on the grill until golden. Place a brat on on a hot dog bun. Squeeze in mustard. Top with the grilled onion and and crubled bacon.
