- 1 (4 oz.) bottle liquid smoke
- 1 Tbsp. onion salt
- 2 Tbsp. A.1. sauce
- 2 tsp. celery salt
- 4 Tbsp. Lea & Perrins Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Rub seasoning on brisket of about 3 to 4 pounds.

2Make sure to rub both sides.

3Place brisket in foil-lined pan and pour in sauce mixture.

4Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.

5Bake in oven at 250° for 6 to 7 hours.

6Place pan of water underneath while cooking.

7Drippings make good gravy.
