- 4 to 6 lb. brisket
- 1 Tbsp. celery salt
- 1 Tbsp. onion salt
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. garlic salt
- 1 Tbsp. black pepper
- 2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
Directions

1Place brisket on a rack in a large, covered, baking pan.

2Mix, in a small bowl, garlic salt, celery salt, onion salt, black pepper, liquid smoke and Worcestershire sauce.

3Using a pastry brush, brush the marinade onto the brisket. Bake in a slow oven at 325° for about 4 to 5 hours.

4Let cool and slice.

5Drain the juice from pan and chill.

6Remove fat and use juice over meat when it is reheated.
