Marinated Brussels Sprouts

  • 10 to 12 Brussels sprouts, washed
  • 1/3 c. water
  • 1/3 c. vinegar (white)
  • 1/3 c. salad oil
  • 1 pkg. dry Good Seasons Italian dressing

Directions

    Scour a 1 pint jar.

    Boil Brussels sprouts 5 to 10 minutes, depending on size.

    Mix the water, vinegar and salad oil. Add the Italian dressing. Shake all well and pour over sprouts.

    Seal and store in refrigerator.
