  • 1 peck tomatoes
  • 2 green peppers
  • 1 1/2 lb. onions
  • 2 hot peppers
  • 1 bulb garlic
  • 1 c. oil
  • 1 Tbsp. oregano
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley
  • 1 Tbsp. fennel
  • 24 oz. tomato paste
  • 1 Tbsp. basil
  • 1 Tbsp. rosemary
  • 1 c. salt
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 3 bay leaves

Directions

    Puree/blend in blender the first 5 ingredients.

    Cook 1 hour. Add remaining ingredients.

    Cook all together for 1 hour.

    Put in hot jars.

    Remove bay leaves after cooking.

    Process 20 minutes at 10 pounds pressure.
