- 1 1/2 lb. onions
- 2 hot peppers
- 1 bulb garlic
- 1 c. oil
- 1 Tbsp. oregano
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
- 1 Tbsp. fennel
- 24 oz. tomato paste
- 1 Tbsp. basil
- 1 Tbsp. rosemary
- 1 c. salt
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 3 bay leaves
Directions

1Puree/blend in blender the first 5 ingredients.

2Cook 1 hour. Add remaining ingredients.

3Cook all together for 1 hour.

4Put in hot jars.

5Remove bay leaves after cooking.

6Process 20 minutes at 10 pounds pressure.
