- 2 lb. boneless stew meat
- 3 stalks celery, chopped
- 5 to 6 carrots, cut up
- 2 onions, chopped
- 8 medium potatoes, cubed
- 1 can whole tomatoes with juice, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 c. water and 1/4 c. corn mixed together
Directions

1Spread meat in large roasting pan.

2Add celery, carrots, onions and potatoes.

3Add tomatoes with juice.

4Add salt, pepper, sugar and water with corn.

5Stir.

6Cover tightly.

7Bake at 325° for 4 1/2 to 5 hours.
