  • 3 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 Tbsp. minced parsley
  • 3 Tbsp. salad oil
  • 3/4 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 4 carrots, cut into sticks

Directions

    Combine vinegar, garlic, parsley, salad oil and salt.

    Pour over carrot sticks and marinate overnight.

    If placed in Tupperware bowl, bowl can be turned over to keep carrots coated with marinade.
