  • 2 lb. carrots
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 2/3 c. vinegar
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. mustard
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1 medium green pepper
  • 1 medium onion

Directions

    Cut carrots into rings, boil until just tender in salt water. Pour in colander and cool.

    Put next 6 ingredients in blender and blend.

    Dice pepper and separate onions into rings.

    Layer carrots, pepper, then onions.

    Pour sauce over all then marinate for at least 24 hours before serving.
