- 1/2 c. oil
- 2/3 c. vinegar
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. mustard
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 medium green pepper
- 1 medium onion
Directions

1Cut carrots into rings, boil until just tender in salt water. Pour in colander and cool.

2Put next 6 ingredients in blender and blend.

3Dice pepper and separate onions into rings.

4Layer carrots, pepper, then onions.

5Pour sauce over all then marinate for at least 24 hours before serving.
