  • 2 bunches carrots
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. mustard
  • 1 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Peel, pare, boil (until still firm, but a fork can pierce) and drain carrots.

    Boil other ingredients together for one minute and pour over boiled carrots.

    Marinate overnight.
