  • 4 to 6 c. sliced carrots, cooked until just fork-tender
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. mustard
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1/4 c. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 small onions, sliced
  • 1 green pepper, sliced

Directions

    Heat together soup, sugar, salt, mustard, oil, vinegar and Worcestershire.

    Pour over carrots, onions and pepper. Marinate overnight.
