- 2 lb. carrots
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. oil
- 1/3 c. vinegar
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 chopped green pepper
- 1 small onion, chopped
Directions

1Peel and cut carrots into bite-size pieces.

2Cook in salted water until tender.

3Do not overcook.

4Drain well.

5Mix sugar, oil, vinegar and tomato soup together in pan.

6Bring to a boil.

7Pour over warm carrots.

8Add green pepper and onion.

9Mix well.

10Chill overnight.
