- 2 lb. carrots
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1/2 vinegar
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. Worchestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 onion
- 1 green pepper
Directions

1Clean and cut carrots.

2Cook until tender, then cool. Boil sugar, oil, vinegar, mustard, sauce, salt and pepper. Add carrots. Remove from heat and add tomato soup (undiluted) onion (diced), and green pepper (diced). Cover and put in refrigerator. Marinate about 2-3 hours.

3Then re-heat and serve.
