- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. cider vinegar
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 green pepper, sliced
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 1 tsp. salt and pepper
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
Directions

1Cook carrots until just tender.

2Cool and combine all ingredients.
