  • 5 c. carrots, cut in 1-inch pieces
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. cider vinegar
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 green pepper, sliced
  • 1/2 c. salad oil
  • 1 tsp. salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp. prepared mustard
