Marinated Carrots

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. carrots
  • 1 or 2 medium onions
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. vinegar
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. mustard (prepared)

Directions

    Cook or steam carrots; drain.

    Slice onions very thin.

    In blender mix all remaining ingredients.

    Place carrots in a bowl. Top with onions.

    Cover with sauce mixture and place in refrigerator at least 12 hours prior to serving.
