- 2 lb. carrots
- 1 or 2 medium onions
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. mustard (prepared)
Directions

1Cook or steam carrots; drain.

2Slice onions very thin.

3In blender mix all remaining ingredients.

4Place carrots in a bowl. Top with onions.

5Cover with sauce mixture and place in refrigerator at least 12 hours prior to serving.
