- 5 c. fresh carrots, sliced, boiled until tender and drained
- 1 onion
- 1 green pepper
- 1/2 c. oil
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. mustard
- 1 tsp. Lea & Perrins Worcestershire sauce
- salt to taste
Directions

1Place carrots in Pyrex dish. Slice the onion and green pepper. Put on top of carrots. Mix together remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Pour this over carrots, onion and bell peppers. Chill overnight before serving.
