- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and well drained (press out excess liquid)
- 1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
- 3 Tbsp. green onion, chopped
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 pkg. Knorr Swiss vegetable soup mix
Directions

1Combine and let stand overnight.

2Hollow out center of round loaf of bread (dark pumpernickel or spinach cheese flavor).

3Cube bread section removed from loaf.

4Fill hollowed out section with dip.

5Serve with bread cubes to be used of dipping or spread on a mild cracker.
