Spinach Dip

  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and well drained (press out excess liquid)
  • 1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
  • 3 Tbsp. green onion, chopped
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 pkg. Knorr Swiss vegetable soup mix

Directions

    Combine and let stand overnight.

    Hollow out center of round loaf of bread (dark pumpernickel or spinach cheese flavor).

    Cube bread section removed from loaf.

    Fill hollowed out section with dip.

    Serve with bread cubes to be used of dipping or spread on a mild cracker.
