- 2 lb. carrots
- 1 medium onion, chopped or 1/3 c., heaped
- 1 medium green pepper, chopped
- 1 c. Campbell's tomato soup
- 3 Tbsp. Mazola salad oil
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. yellow salad mustard
Directions

1Peel carrots and slice penny size.

2Cook in salted water until just tender, uncovered.

3Drain.

4Mix well tomato soup, sugar, Worcestershire sauce, salad oil and mustard.

5Add to other ingredients and mix easy.

6Let marinate 12 to 24 hours in refrigerator before serving.

7Keeps in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 weeks, covered well.
