- 5 c. 1/2 inch carrot chunks
- 1 medium onion
- 1 green pepper
- 10 oz. can tomato soup
- 1/2 c. oil
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Boil carrot chunks for 5 minutes only, they need to be crisp. Cut up onion and green pepper into very small pieces.

2Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and marinate in refrigerator overnight.
