- 4 mangoes (if they are small you may want 6)
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 3 tablespoons confectioners' sugar
Directions

1Peel and slice the mangoes.

2Cover with water in a saucepan and cook until soft.

3Puree cooked mango pieces to a thin pulp.

4Put pulp in a bowl and refrigerate for 1 hour.

5Combine cream and sugar and whip until light.

6Fold in mango puree and chill before serving.
