- 2 lb. sliced carrots
- 1 long sliced onion
- 1 green pepper, cut in thin strips
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/3 c. salad oil
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. celery seed
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Cook carrots until crisp-tender and drain.

2Add onion and green pepper.

3Mix remaining ingredients in a saucepan and heat just enough to dissolve sugar and mix well. Pour over carrot mixture and refrigerate.

4Keeps several days and gets better with age.
