- 1 onion, sliced
- 1/3 c. oil
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 green pepper, sliced
- 1 can condensed tomato soup
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Cook carrots in salted water until medium cooked.

2Rinse in cold water.

3Arrange layers of carrots, onions and peppers in bowl.

4Bring to a boil the remaining ingredients and pour over carrots.
