- 5 to 6 c. cucumbers, sliced
- 4 c. apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 c. plain salt
- 1 1/4 tsp. turmeric
- 2 long onions, sliced thinly
- 4 c. sugar
- 1 1/4 tsp. mustard seed
- 1 1/4 tsp. celery seed
Directions

1Combine all ingredients except the cucumbers and onion. Be sure sugar and spices are thoroughly dissolved (especially the sugar).

4and onions alternately in jars. Pour liquid
