- 5 c. sliced carrots
- 1 medium sweet onion
- 1 small green pepper
- 1 (10 oz.) can tomato soup
- 1/2 c. oil
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Cook carrots; drain and cool.

2Cut onion and pepper in round slices.

3Mix with cool carrots.

4Mix other ingredients and pour over vegetables.

5Cover and marinate 12 hours or more.

6Drain to serve.

7Will keep in refrigerator 2 weeks.
