- 2 lb. carrots, pared and sliced
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 3/4 c. cider vinegar
- 1 can condensed tomato soup, undiluted
- 1 large onion, chopped medium fine
- 1 large green pepper, chopped medium fine
Directions

1Bring carrots with water to cover to a boil and boil 5 minutes.

2Drain and cool.

3Mix all other ingredients, then add carrots.

4Cover tightly and chill overnight.

5(Any marinade leftover may be refrigerated and used as a dressing for salad.)
