- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 can cream of tomato soup
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1/2 c. sugar
Directions

1Peel and slice carrots; boil until tender in salted water. Drain and layer in baking dish with onion and pepper, finishing with carrots on top.

2Bring soup, sugar and oil to a boil; pour over carrots and refrigerate.

3Will keep a month in refrigerator.
