  • 2 lb. cooked carrots
  • 1 c. tomato soup
  • 1/2 c. vegetable oil
  • 1 green pepper, diced
  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. mustard
  • 2 or 3 small onions, diced

Directions

    Mix soup, oil, sugar, vinegar and mustard.

    Heat until boiling.

    Pour mixture over carrots, pepper and onions.

    Toss and marinate in refrigerator overnight.
