- 1 bunch carrots
- 1/2 c. onion slices
- 1/2 c. bell pepper, diced
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 can tomato soup
Directions

1Cook carrots until almost done.

2Mix vinegar, oil, sugar and soup together.

3Add onion and bell pepper to carrots while the carrots are still warm.

4Add vinegar mixture. Leave set for 3 or 4 hours before eating.

5Can be eaten days later if kept in fridge.
