- 1 lb. carrots, cut in 1 1/2-inch chunks
- 2 bell peppers, cut in strips
- 1 medium onion, sliced in rings
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. white vinegar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Cook carrots in salt water until tender and drain.

2Layer carrots, peppers and onion in bowl.

3Mix oil and soup together and pour over them.

4Mix sugar, vinegar, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce together.

5Heat, not quite to boiling, and pour over all.

6Keep refrigerated.

7The longer it stands, the better it gets.
