- 7 c. sliced carrots
- 1 medium onion
- 1 small green pepper
- 1 (10 oz.) can tomato soup
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 1 tsp. mustard
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Cook carrots until tender.

2(May substitute three 16-ounce cans of carrots for fresh carrots.)

3Cool and drain.

4Cut onion and green pepper and mix with carrots.

5Mix remaining ingredients and pour over vegetables.

6Cover and marinate 12 hours.

7Keeps in refrigerator 2 weeks.
