- 8 c. sliced carrots
- 12 green peppers
- 1 medium onion
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1 tsp. salt and pepper
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. salad oil
- 1 can tomato soup
Directions

1Cook carrots until tender.

2Drain and cool.

3Cut onions in their round slices; cut pepper in small slices.

4Mix with carrots. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over the vegetables. Cover. Marinate in refrigerator for 12 hours.

5Drain and serve.

6Yields 15 to 20 servings.
