- 2 lb. sliced carrots, cooked
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed tomato soup
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 1/2 ?? sugar
- 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1/2 green pepper, sliced
Directions

1Mix syrup, vinegar, salad oil, sugar and mustard; stir until well mixed.

2Add to cool carrots, onion and green pepper.

3Pour the soup mix over carrot mixture.

4Refrigerate at least 8 hours.
