  • 2 lb. sliced carrots, cooked
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed tomato soup
  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 1/2 c. salad oil
  • 1/2 ?? sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1/2 green pepper, sliced

Directions

    Mix syrup, vinegar, salad oil, sugar and mustard; stir until well mixed.

    Add to cool carrots, onion and green pepper.

    Pour the soup mix over carrot mixture.

    Refrigerate at least 8 hours.
