Ingredients
- 1 pkg. yeast
- 1 1/4 c. warm water
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1/4 c. powdered milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 egg
- 3 to 4 c. plain bread flour
Directions

1Mix yeast, water and sugar with mixer until foamy on top.

2Add oil, milk, salt and egg.

3Mix well. Add flour, one cup at a time. Knead well 3 to 4 minutes.

4Put in greased bowl.

5Let rise 2 hours or until double in warm place.

6Punch down.
-
7Make into rolls.
-
8Let rise again until double.
-
9Bake at 375°.
-
10This dough will keep in the refrigerator well for a few days.
