- 2 lb. carrots, sliced
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1/2 green pepper, sliced
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can tomato soup
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
Directions

1Cook carrots until tender in small amount of boiling, salted water.

2Drain.

3Combine with onion and green pepper.

4Combine soup, vinegar, salad oil, sugar and mustard.

5Stir until well mixed.

6Pour over vegetables.

7Toss lightly with a fork. Refrigerate overnight.
