  • 2 lb. carrots, cooked and drained or 2 cans
  • 1 green pepper, ringed
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1/2 to 3/4 c. oil
  • 1/2 to 3/4 c. vinegar
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. mustard
  • 1 to 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste

    Layer carrots, peppers and onions in Tupperware. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over carrots. Marinate 2 days in refrigerator.
