- 5 c. or 2 lb. cleaned carrots, cut in thick slices approximately 1/2-inch
- 1 c. tomato soup
- 2 Tbsp. salad oil
- 3/4 c. white sugar
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Cook carrots 10 minutes; drain and set aside.

2Bring tomato mixture to boil.

3Pour over carrots and set aside.

4Chop 1 medium onion and cut up 1 large green pepper.

5Add to carrots. Refrigerate overnight.
